About
Prior to becoming a Certified Holistic Health Coach in Integrative Nutrition, as many of my friends and clients, I had to juggle very busy schedules as a wife, a mom, and a professional at a global financial services firm working in the US and UK. During these years, I researched many of my personal questions about diets, nutrition, exercise and overall wellness. What I learned over the past 20+ years is that most diets, big changes, and attempts to drastically change our lifestyles and habits often fail in the end.
Let me invite you to EasyStepsWellness – a journey where I share with you small and easy, yet effective STEPS in upgrading your nutrition choices and everything you do to achieve better and more sustainable results for your wellbeing.
I graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where I studied dietary theories, contemporary health issues and topics. I had a pleasure of learning from the top names in the field of Nutrition and Wellness, such as Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Walter Willet of Harvard University, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. David Katz of Yale University and many more.
Additionally, I earned certification and accreditation from American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), a certification in Introductory Human Physiology from Duke University, a certification in Health Coaching from Purchase College, SUNY.
My first book “3 Ingredients or So…” was published in 2019 and earned 5-star reviews on Amazon. It won the Top 10 Author Contest from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Book Course. The book sold worldwide originally on Amazon and now you can purchase your copy directly from www.easystepswellness.com/book
